THE PIXRINSE WAY

Powerful enough for a thousand files.
Calm enough to trust.

PixRinse turns tedious image housekeeping into a clear, local workflow designed around the things that matter: speed, quality and a safe way back.

01BATCH PROCESSING

Drop in the whole project.

Point PixRinse at a folder and it recursively finds the images — leaving code, configs and everything else untouched.

02OUTPUT QUALITY

Compress without compromise.

Lossless optimization, quality control and target file sizes — with a preview so you can see the difference before export.

03SAFETY FIRST

Change boldly. Undo completely.

Backups are verified before originals are touched. Every batch is saved to History for byte-accurate rollback.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Good to know.

A few practical details before you make your first batch.

Does PixRinse upload my images?

No. Image processing happens locally on your Mac. PixRinse does not upload source images or generated outputs to a cloud service.

Can I replace originals safely?

Yes. The preflight shows what will happen, originals are backed up and verified before replacement, and completed jobs can be rolled back from History.

What formats does it support?

PixRinse supports PNG, JPEG, WebP, HEIC and TIFF output, with BMP and GIF available as inputs. Animated and multi-page files are identified and skipped rather than silently flattened.

What macOS version do I need?

PixRinse is a native Mac app for macOS 14 or later.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
